In this role, you will engage our audience, grow our following, and promote our brand by creating engaging content, running campaigns, and interacting with our online community. You will play a vital role in building brand awareness and driving customer engagement.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop, schedule, and publish original, engaging content (posts, stories, reels) that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to foster a positive brand image.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, special offers, and events, maximizing reach and engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to gauge campaign success, understand audience behavior, and refine future strategies.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and platform changes to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Influencer Outreach: Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and build partnerships.
- Engagement Strategy: Create interactive content such as polls, Q&As, and giveaways to encourage audience participation.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure brand messaging and aesthetics are consistent across all social media platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the e-commerce or tech industry.
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for design to create visually appealing posts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
