In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and responding to customer reviews across platforms, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction and brand integrity.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review Monitoring: Track and monitor customer reviews across e-commerce platforms, social media, and review sites to understand customer feedback trends.
  • Response Management: Respond promptly and professionally to customer reviews, addressing positive and negative feedback in a way that enhances customer satisfaction and brand image.
  • Feedback Analysis: Analyze review data to identify areas of improvement for products and customer experience.
  • Issue Escalation: Collaborate with customer service and product teams to address and resolve any issues raised in reviews.
  • Brand Reputation: Work to protect and enhance the brand’s reputation by ensuring consistent, high-quality responses to reviews.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on review insights and trends to inform strategic decision-making for product development and customer service improvements.
  • Engagement Building: Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews and engage with the brand, creating a supportive and loyal customer base.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, reputation management, or review monitoring.
  • Strong written communication skills with a customer-centric tone.
  • Ability to manage multiple review channels and respond promptly.
