5 Core is looking for a Quality Control & Enhancement Executive to uphold and improve product quality standards. In this role, you will inspect products, identify areas for quality improvement, and work closely with teams to ensure our products meet industry standards and exceed customer expectations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Quality Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards before release.
- Process Enhancement: Identify areas for improvement in production and quality control processes, recommending and implementing enhancements.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all products comply with regulatory standards and internal quality guidelines.
- Data Analysis: Analyze quality data to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement, developing reports for management.
- Issue Resolution: Collaborate with production, logistics, and customer service teams to address quality-related issues and prevent future occurrences.
- Testing and Validation: Oversee product testing to validate quality and functionality, ensuring consistency across all batches.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of quality assessments, issues, and enhancements for reference and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in quality control, quality assurance, or process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with quality assurance standards and testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and quality management systems is a plus.
