Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Pricing Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize profitability and align with market demand.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and industry benchmarks to maintain competitive pricing.
- Data Collection: Gather data on pricing, sales trends, and customer preferences to inform pricing decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Profitability Assessment: Analyze product margins and profitability to recommend price adjustments and ensure the business meets financial goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track pricing changes and their impact on sales, preparing regular reports and insights for management.
- Compliance: Ensure all pricing complies with legal regulations and company policies, avoiding pricing discrepancies across platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in pricing, sales analysis, or market research preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market changes.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and pricing tools is a plus.
