As a vital part of our operations, you will manage inventory levels, ensure product availability, and maintain accurate records. You will help support our customer service efforts by ensuring timely product delivery and assisting in inventory-related inquiries.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including stock arrivals, sales, and adjustments.
- Stock Audits: Conduct regular stock audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, lead times, and inventory needs.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product range to effectively manage inventory.
- Reporting: Generate reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and stock discrepancies for management review.
- CRM Management: Update inventory-related data in the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve inventory issues in a timely manner to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred).
- Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
