In this role, you will manage online listings, optimize product visibility, and drive sales on e-commerce platforms. You will play an essential part in enhancing the online shopping experience and expanding our digital presence across various marketplaces.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Product Listing Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms to enhance visibility and accuracy.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of competitors, product trends, and pricing to stay competitive and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Sales Optimization: Implement promotional strategies, discounts, and seasonal campaigns to boost product sales and conversions.
  • Customer Reviews and Feedback: Monitor customer feedback, address issues promptly, and work with customer service to resolve complaints.
  • Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels are reflected online and manage out-of-stock products.
  • Performance Tracking: Generate reports on e-commerce performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales data.
  • Platform Familiarity: Stay updated with best practices on e-commerce platforms and integrate strategies that enhance visibility and ranking.
  • Content Creation: Coordinate with the marketing team to produce high-quality images, descriptions, and other media for an engaging product presentation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred).
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing (preferably in the electronics or retail industry).
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with e-commerce KPIs.
  • Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, CMS, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to optimizing online sales.
