5 Core is looking for a dedicated and proactive Account Executive to support our e-commerce operations. This role involves managing e-commerce accounts, optimizing listings, and working with cross-functional teams to drive sales and enhance the customer experience on various online platforms.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Oversee day-to-day activities of e-commerce accounts, including listing updates, price adjustments, and monitoring account performance.
  • Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, keywords, and high-quality images to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Order Processing: Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely processing and shipping of orders, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and analyze account metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and return rates, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and manage feedback on e-commerce platforms, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Promotions and Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to boost online sales.
  • Compliance: Ensure all listings meet platform guidelines and resolve any compliance issues that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in e-commerce, account management, or digital sales.
  • Knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify) and their account management tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM and inventory management tools is a plus.
