Salary

 

  • 20% Extra Salary structure than Market.

 

  • We give Salaries based on education, experience and efficiency in work performance. We prefer to pay at least 20% extra than the market. Our Salaries are 100% Take home.

 

What does Take home Salary?

 

  • Take Home Salary is net inclusive of benefit below


Inclusives

  • You will be paid Rs 1000/- as an investment towards your laptop/computer & your High-Speed Internet Connection every month.
  • You will be paid Rs 1000/- per month towards leave allowance (in case you do not take any leaves/holidays)
  • You will be paid Rs 1000/- pm for medical insurance (aggregating to Rs 12000/- per annum)
  • You will be paid Rs 1000/- per month towards a Bonus (aggregating to Rs 12000/- per annum)
  • You will be paid Rs 1000/- per month towards Gratuity (aggregating to Rs 12000/- per annum)

 

Overtime:

 

  • Overtime will be paid pro rata per hour above 8 hours a day.
  • You may avail up to 25% of your salary every month.
  • You may take overtime on a pro-rata basis per hour for working above 8 hours/day if you wish to.

 

Incentives:

 

  • You shall be paid achievable incentives. Incentives are subject to change from time to time. We offer incentives from time to time depending your grasping or results.

 

  • If you are in purchase, you will be granted incentive of Rs500 for each new product developed or redeveloped with better specifications. more features, better pricing, better supplier development, better packaging or better terms.

 

Deductions:

 

  • There are No Deductions for PF, Medical, TDS, Etc. you get full Salary as Take Home

 

Salary Credit Date:

 

  • By 10th of every following month.
