Salary Structure

We offer a salary structure that is 20% higher than the market average. Salaries are based on education, experience, and efficiency in work performance, with a commitment to 100% take-home pay.

What is Take Home Salary?

Take-home salary is net and inclusive of several benefits listed below.

Inclusives

  • Rs 1000/- per month for laptop/computer and high-speed internet investment.
  • Rs 1000/- per month for leave allowance (if no leaves/holidays are taken).
  • Rs 1000/- per month for medical insurance (Rs 12000/- annually).
  • Rs 1000/- per month for a bonus (Rs 12000/- annually).
  • Rs 1000/- per month for gratuity (Rs 12000/- annually).

Overtime

Overtime will be paid on a pro-rata basis for hours worked beyond 8 hours/day. You can avail up to 25% of your salary monthly for overtime.

Incentives

Achievable incentives are offered, subject to change based on performance or results.

Purchase Department: Rs 500 incentive for each new product developed or redeveloped with better specifications, features, pricing, supplier development, packaging, or terms.

Deductions

There are no deductions for PF, Medical, TDS, etc. You receive full salary as take-home pay.

Salary Credit Date

Salaries will be credited by the 10th of every following month.
