5 Core Attendance & Decorum Requirements

Punctuality

Employees are expected to start work on time, as per their designated working hours. Idle time beyond a grace period of 2 minutes will be recorded, and habitual tardiness may lead to corrective action.

Attendance Recording

Employees must use the official time-keeping system to log their times in Insightful. Attendance will be monitored daily, and any discrepancies must be reported to HR immediately.

Timing Difference

The team is advised to set up the world clock on their mobiles since we work in different time zones.

China/Purchase Department

Work hours: China Time, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a one-hour break. Total: 200 hours/month. Night shift hours count or may be taken as overtime on a pro-rata basis.

Customer Care/Shipping

Work hours: Ohio USA Time, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Total: 200 hours/month. Overtime is pro-rata for hours beyond 8/day if desired. Scheduled shifts are mandatory.

Other Categories

Work hours: California USA Time, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Total: 200 hours/month. Optional overtime on a pro-rata basis for hours above 8/day.

Sundays: Sundays are OFF (52 per year).

Suggestions for Efficient Working

  • Use a wired hand mouse for speed with your laptop, and a headphone with a mic for hands-free convenience.
  • Ensure your room is vacant during duty hours to avoid distractions. Avoid having anyone sleeping in your workspace.
