✅ 1. Attendance & Punctuality

  • Be On Time, Every Time: Logging in on time (California Time Zone – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT) is mandatory. Punctuality reflects commitment.
  • Pre-Informed Leave Only: All leaves must be pre-approved. Emergency leave must be communicated to HR and your immediate supervisor at least 2 hours in advance.
  • Zero Tolerance for Unexplained Absence: Missing work without prior intimation may lead to salary deductions or disciplinary action.
  • Active Status Throughout Shift: You must remain available, responsive, and active during your entire shift.
Punctuality

  • Exclusive Room/Workspace Only: You must work from a dedicated room with no one sleeping or disturbing during working hours.
  • Internet Speed Minimum 100 Mbps: Reliable, fast internet is non-negotiable. Lag due to slow connections will not be accepted.
  • Excellent Working Computer: Your system must be functional, smooth, and not older than 10 years. Regular maintenance is your responsibility.
  • Power Backup Strongly Recommended: Avoid downtime due to electricity issues. Power cuts are not a valid excuse for absence or missed tasks.
Work Environment

  • Clear, Timely, and Respectful: Whether speaking with seniors, peers, or juniors—communication must be professional and prompt.
  • No Communication Gaps: Delays in response without reason during work hours will be flagged and reviewed.
  • Regular Updates: You must update progress on assigned tasks as per guidelines without being reminded.

  • No Manipulation Allowed: Any fraudulent activities related to idle time, mouse/keyboard tracking, or activity simulators will result in strict disciplinary action or termination.

  • Ownership of Responsibilities: You are accountable for your deliverables. “I forgot” is not an acceptable excuse.
