DOMESTIC CUSTOMER SHIPPING POLICY:
Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for choosing 5 Core Inc. for your product needs. To ensure a smooth transaction, please review our Domestic Customer Shipping Policy outlined below:
ORDER PROCESSING:
- If your item is in stock, it will be shipped on the same business day upon approval and clearance of payment. Orders are processed in the sequence of receipt and approved payment.
- In case of item unavailability or depletion of stock, a backorder will be initiated. Backordering typically adds an extra 2-15 business days to the delivery timeline. If the item cannot be restocked within this period, you will be given the option to wait for a back-order, modify the order,cancel it with a full refund or opt for a different model of the same kind.
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
- Free Standard Shipping is included in all domestic orders, excluding Hawaiian Islands, Alaska, Puerto Rico, The Bahamas, and outlying territories.
- Under normal circumstances, your items will be dispatched from our Ohio Warehouse within 24 hours of payment clearance. We operate shipping services from Monday through Saturday until 1500 hours EST.
- In-stock orders placed between Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following week (Monday/Tuesday), excluding government holidays.
GENERAL TERMS:
- Prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.
- All products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent.
- Any shipping damage or discrepancies must be reported to 5 Core Inc. within 36-72 hours.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT:
- Contact us at customercare@5core.com within 3 days if you receive a damaged item.
- Failure to report damage within this period may result in denial of the damage claim by the carrier.
- The customer assumes responsibility for the damaged item until it is picked up by the corresponding carrier agents.
RETURN POLICY:
- Unsatisfied with a product? You may return it within 5 days of the delivery date for a refund (to your original form of payment).
- Returns for non-defective reasons may be subject to a restocking fee (up to 30% of the order/product value).
- All returns must be prepaid, insured, and accompanied by a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in new condition with original materials. You can contact us at customercare@5core.com or support@5core.com regarding returning the item.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
- Each 5 Core product is backed by a 1-Year manufacturer warranty against mechanical defects.
- Warranty does not cover burnt speakers or delivery damage.
- Warranty limitations and terms are specified in our policy.
LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS:
- The Limited Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties.
- 5 Core Inc. is not responsible for direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages, except where required by law.
- Any modification to this warranty is unauthorized unless explicitly approved by 5 Core Inc.
CANCELLATIONS:
- To cancel an order before shipping, forward your order confirmation to customercare@5core.com or call us at the number provided on website during office hours.
- The cancellation process may take up to 24-48 hours. Reject or return any shipped orders if cancellation is confirmed.
- Shipping charges for returned products are the responsibility of the customer. Refund processing occurs within 48 hours, excluding shipping charges.
