Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Product Listing Creation: Update accurate product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and specifications across e-commerce platforms.
- Content Management: Ensure that all content is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Quality Checks: Regularly audit listings for accuracy, completeness, and appeal, making necessary updates to maintain a high standard.
- Market Research: Stay informed on competitor listings, pricing strategies, and industry trends to ensure competitiveness.
- Platform Coordination: Collaborate with e-commerce platforms to resolve listing issues, errors, or discrepancies promptly.
- Performance Monitoring: Track listing performance and provide insights on improvements to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with inventory, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure consistent product availability and accurate listings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred).
- Experience in e-commerce listing management or a similar role, preferably in the electronics or retail industry.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, CMS, and basic SEO practices.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintaining listing quality.
