Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development: Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns to promote products, drive sales, and foster customer loyalty.
  • Content Creation: Design engaging email templates with compelling copy and visuals, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Audience Segmentation: Use data and customer insights to segment audiences for personalized and targeted messaging.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future emails.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Automation: Set up and manage automated email workflows for onboarding, re-engagement, and post-purchase follow-up.
  • Compliance: Ensure all email campaigns comply with current email regulations and best practices, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the content and design teams to develop cohesive marketing messages that support company goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, preferably within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
