Responsibilities:

  1. Listing Optimization: Write, revise, and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, and other major e-commerce platforms to improve visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
  2. Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing search terms, and strategically integrate them into listing titles, bullet points, and descriptions for improved discoverability.
  3. Content Creation: Craft compelling and informative product descriptions, bullet points, and other listing elements that effectively communicate key features, benefits, and selling points to potential customers.
  4. SEO Implementation: Implement SEO best practices to enhance listing rankings and visibility within the search results on e-commerce platforms, including optimizing backend keywords, attributes, and metadata.
  5. Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor listings and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation, pricing optimization, and product positioning strategies.
  6. Visual Content Management: Collaborate with creative teams to select and optimize product images, videos, and other visual assets that enhance the appeal and presentation of listings.
  7. Listing Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and sales velocity, and use data-driven insights to continually optimize and improve listing performance.
  8. Platform Compliance: Ensure compliance with platform policies, guidelines, and best practices for listing creation, including adherence to image requirements, product categorization, and listing optimization guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce listing optimization, with a track record of success on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, and/or other major e-commerce channels.
  • Expertise in keyword research tools and techniques, with a strong understanding of SEO principles and their application in e-commerce listing optimization.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging product descriptions and listing content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and listing management tools, including Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Shopify, and/or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset and proficiency in data analysis tools, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive listing optimization strategies and decision-making.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and compliance with platform requirements.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing algorithms, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
