5 Core is looking for a meticulous and experienced Cataloging Manager to oversee and refine our online product catalog across multiple e-commerce platforms. In this role, you will lead catalog management efforts to ensure accurate, well-organized, and optimized listings, enhancing product visibility and supporting sales growth. This position is critical to maintaining our high standards and providing an excellent online shopping experience.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Catalog Management: Oversee the creation, organization, and optimization of the product catalog, ensuring all listings are accurate and comprehensive.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the cataloging team, setting objectives, monitoring progress, and ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Data Quality Control: Regularly audit the catalog for accuracy, completeness, and consistency in titles, descriptions, specifications, and images.
  • SEO and Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility and search rankings on e-commerce platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with inventory, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure the catalog reflects real-time stock levels and promotions.
  • Platform Coordination: Address and resolve catalog-related issues with e-commerce platforms, maintaining smooth and uninterrupted listing operations.
  • Performance Analysis: Track catalog performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Market Research: Conduct regular competitive analysis to keep our catalog competitive in terms of pricing, descriptions, and product positioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in catalog management or a similar role, preferably in the electronics or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams.
  • Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, CMS, and advanced SEO practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with catalog performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and maintain catalog quality under changing priorities.
