Responsibilities:

  4. strong>Database Management: Optimize database performance, implement data models, and ensure data integrity and security through effective database design and management.
  5. strong>Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards, and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.
  6. strong>Testing and Debugging: Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and automated test suites to ensure the reliability and stability of backend systems, and troubleshoot and debug issues as needed.
  7. strong>Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimize system resources, and implement caching and other performance-enhancing techniques to improve overall system performance.
  8. strong>Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows to streamline the development, testing, and deployment processes, and ensure rapid and reliable delivery of code changes to production environments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in backend development, with expertise in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, or similar languages.
  • Strong understanding of backend frameworks and technologies, such as Django, Flask, Express.js, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.
  • Proficiency in database management systems, including relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
  • Experience with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design principles, web services, and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
