Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy Development: Create and execute a content strategy aligned with marketing goals, target audience preferences, and SEO best practices.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content, including product descriptions, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Editorial Oversight: Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in tone, style, and quality, and optimized for search engines and engagement.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of content creators, writers, and designers, setting clear goals, providing feedback, and guiding projects to completion.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and enhance audience engagement.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure content reflects real-time offerings, promotions, and brand messages.
  • Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor content, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and competitive.
  • Content Calendar Management: Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely and strategic content rollout across all platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content management, preferably in the electronics or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on brand voice.
  • Proficient in content management systems (CMS), SEO practices, and content performance analysis.
  • Experience in leading and managing a creative team.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using content performance tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
